About this series:
A few years ago, I found myself feeling trapped, like a bird in a cage. Though I was doing meaningful work with the Salvation Army, something was missing. I felt I wasn’t using my full potential, and it left me feeling unfulfilled. This led to a period of burnout and self-discovery.
 
Now, a few years later, I’m standing in a place of true contentment. I love where I live, I’m passionate about my art journey, and I finally feel like I’m using the talents God gave me. This newfound freedom and fulfillment have inspired my latest series: The Art of Life.
 
In this series, I’ve painted small birds as symbols of freedom— the freedom to be yourself, explore new possibilities, and find your own path in life. These paintings represent breaking free from what holds you back and embracing the life you’re meant to live.
 
I hope this series inspires you to listen to your inner voice, to be brave, and pursue a life that truly fulfills you, using all potential that’s in you.
